Skylark Technologies B.V. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Marnix platform (app.marnix.ai) and the Marnix Remote mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture when you create an account.
• Voice Data: When you use voice features, audio is processed in real-time by our voice provider (Vapi) to convert speech to text. We do not store raw audio recordings.
• Conversation Data: Text messages and voice transcripts from your interactions with the Marnix AI assistant are stored to provide conversation history and improve the service.
• Generated Content: Applications and code generated through the platform are stored on your behalf.
• Device Information: Device type, browser type, and connection status for the remote control feature.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the service, including features used and session duration.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Marnix platform and Marnix Remote app.
• To process your voice commands and generate applications.
• To personalize your experience through our Learning CTO feature, which remembers your preferences across sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Marnix:

• Vapi: Voice processing and real-time conversation.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI assistance, prompt enhancement, and user profiling.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
• Neon: Database storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing (if applicable).

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Neon (database) and Vercel (application hosting). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication practices. Generated applications are stored with a 30-day expiration unless actively maintained.
